America and Europe have grown obese on the tributes of the rest of the worlds resources to build an arsenal of war materials to secure continuance of this deepening obeisance, reinforced by the lash of the nagaika. In oil rich Nigeria, they hang the ringleaders, flogged the rank and file, terrorise the innocent while the oil went overseas and the revenue spent on internal weapons of repression to repeat for American or Europe its prescriptions for continuing world order, larger and more enduring than Hitler's fling. Oil will run out in the time of our children lives and there are no world plans for its replacement. Indeed the using of dry 6lithium and deuterium is only for wars to continue the price transference of raw materials from poor to rich G8 countries, while the poor nations become a desert where the poor stayed only to starve.
America have small campaigns and punitive expeditions as an inescapable burden of World Empire. It's one minor defeat, Vietnam, with 58,000 body bags of combat deaths and 365,000 wounded now has to be avoided. Likewise the long term radioactive fall out of Hiroshima and Nagasaki now also has to be very seriously reduced. Carcinogenic and long term mutagenic and teratogenic effects and structural damage to building's likewise significantly reduced, so new settlers can occupy the new lands. Solving these problems is being resolved in the war-footing laboratory of America.
It is fatally easy for governments to raise large sums of money for warlike purposes and America leads the way. The idea behind all this to protect continental America with most of the destroyed enemy missiles falling nearer to, or on, European soil. The only other power later left is united Europe (in 20 to 40 years time) so the shield of Ajax (i.e. the ABM radar system) becomes the heel of Achilles by the Americans dismantling its ABMs radar station. While keeping its missiles ready and updated to hit united Europe incoming missiles. Having in the interim installed its over head outer space platforms of compact neutron bombs so Europe will faces the same dilemma that China or Russia has to now. America has other projects for world domination that Hitler dreamed about and went to war for. His fighting on two major fronts simultaneously defeated him. America will not make that mistake? The run down of raw materials especially oil will precipitously exacerbate world tension. The Capitalists only have the intelligence of dinosaurs, hence cannot ask about alternative energy means or sources.

The lower tier rouble economy means that social provision in Russia is reaching Red Indian reservations status, while the upper tier dollar economy means a few become Dollar Billionaires Gauleiter for America interests in Russia or other countries of the world. Just like the old Gauleiter, the new ones are responsible for all local economic, political activities, civil defence and policing. Hence Ken Saro-Wiwa treatment or others that seek freedom, truth and social justice for their people.
The whole drive of the Truman Doctrine, the Marshall Plan and the establishment of NATO were intended to facilitate economic domination of Europe to protect American export markets. American now wants to apply that lesson to the whole world and treat it just as the Imperial Roman Empire treated its slaves. Bush II could be elected as horse consul and the military industrial complex as the Leviathan Caligula or blood and Gore. Both will cry "I'll be judge, I'll be jury coming from cunning id old fury". The old Roman Praetorian Guard removed Caligula.
We the people of the world who do not wish to be treated as Red Indians nor slaves, can and must vote out of existence this murderous Leviathan. We the people of the world need to exercise the words of Abraham Lincoln: 'not bloody bullets, but peaceful ballots only, are necessary'. And 'Whenever they shall grow weary of the existing government, they can exercise their constitutional right of amending it, or their revolutionary right to dismember or overthrow it' as a plan for very firm concerted world actions.
Remove the first few dollars (by international audit trails with the demand they pay back taxes) from billionaires who stand on top of their 8-mile high pile of dollar bills, so they topple and fall. In their quest for additional profits the Billionaires with their Transnational Corporation minimise the payments of tariffs/taxes or transfer profits from a high-taxation country to a low-taxation one. It was only a small step to treat their own accumulated wealth such that they paid no tax in a number of countries and far below what most of the rest of us have to pay by LAW. Instead Billionairs tax avoidance accounts are used to bribe their own and other nation state leaders to change the laws to further the Billionaires pursuit of profit.
American business interests disposed of Patrice Lumumba and place General Joseph Désiré Mobutu (now called Mobutu Sese Seko) in control. He, just like King Leopold II of Belgium, treated Zaire as his own property looking after copper interests with a keen eye to building up his own off shore haven of tax free wealth, he is now a billionaire living in France with cancer.
Instead the workers could share wealth instead but not in the present "separate but equal" way. But as equal Per Capita owners of the Earth resources, so that six billion people vote instead for the application of all raw materials to finished goods to build a world of increasing social and culture infrastructure needs. First in the 3rd and then 2nd world before future large-scale improvements are made uniformly. Starvation stopped in a short period of time, world literacy schemes provided, universal health provision across American and the whole world implemented. Who legislates? We, the people of the world. While the present representative democracy applies Edmund Burke excuses, he argued that we pick a candidate and then leave them alone. What our absent representative owes to its constituents, according to Burke, is their best judgement! With billionaire paymaster who wine and buy President and Senators never leave our repesentive alone asking them to vote for $60 billion expenditure of a ABM and many other component parts that only have one outcome WAR. While 40% of American people do not have medical cover and die early.
Give them Demographic Democracy, they can vote for the building of a school or hospital. For example, you have a hundred bricks and 50 grams of copper a year - I have a hundred bricks 50 grams of copper a year, six billion have six hundred billion bricks to build for their social needs in one full year and continually across the world thereafter. The copper from Chile or Congo (now Zaire) can go to light up the schools of Africa and South America, the deeds of Salvador Gossens Allende and Patrice Lumumba can be remembered that way.
America could be using Lithium6 and Deuterium (these words are not as familiar as plutonium or uranium bombs dropped on Hiroshima or Nagasaki) in combination (in 10 to 20 years time). By using these two materials as "clear" nuclear bombs cities of the size of Hiroshima or Nagasaki will become a turkey shoot for American space technology. By using non-radioactive dry Lithium6 and Deuterium, which is stable and maintenance free can be deployed in a space platform network circulating the world under sole American military control. The advantage of this network is covering any area of the world, the firing from one to two hundred kilometres above means that it can avoid its own Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP), and the space platform is back overhead in 90 minutes to fire another bomb. A criss-crossing of a number of space platforms for a specific target can be overwhelmed in a matter of minutes. Any electromagnetic pulse is the greatest threat to military command; control and communications systems needed to ensure that messages for nuclear retaliation are given. Three airburst nuclear bombs would induce EMP over the whole continental United States, knocking out all civilian television, telephone and radio station in a second.
The lightness of Lithium and Deuterium for the core of these newer neutron bombs can be measured in the grams, but the denotation of just one of these bombs will fire more that all the machine gun bullets fired in World War One down on you and your city. These bullets are microscopic in size comparable to our body cells, but these bullets move at the speed of light and cause fatal damage to them.
The arming of space is only available to the American. The deployment of these lightweight nuclear weapons using the shuttle space crafts via Vandenburg Air Force Base in California allow these weapon platforms to be in space for many years.
In the meantime, older terrestrial nuclear weapons can be deployed using the stealth bombers for a demonstration of American global reach. Witness the demonstration of the bombing of a Chinese Embassy with conventional; bombs, the switch to nuclear weapons are always an option for the Pentagon.
The present older enemies of America are Russia and China and the ABM missile guard is to cover that eventually. Russia has just had its Kursk submarine sink to indicate amply its battle readiness and not the esprit de corps to fight like the tank battle of Kursk in World War II. Russian small second-strike capability is in port, contained within a submarine like Kursk. These submarines can be taken out by a pre-emptive strike against them. Most Russian ICBMs are older and in Silos that are also targeted leaving mobile short-range nuclear missiles that can hit Europe but not America.
Nixon was constrained by the wiretaps that Johnson had on Nixon, otherwise the war in Vietnam would have been prosecuted instead of the peace that Nixon was compelled to pursue.
Bush II has no such constrains in pursuing military industrial complex psychological needs. Witness past endeavour from General Curtis LeMay to try and provoke the USSR to engage in nuclear exchange. Now the Pentagon thinking would be to have very powerful pre-emptive forces and in time in near space itself.
It would be far better to only allow Bush II and the rest of the world population to have 100 bricks and 50 grams of copper a year each (and other equal shares of world resources). Ask Bush II what he would do with his 100 bricks? Build a better world? Or pulverise the bricks? His ability to command his military to pulverise the world if combined with psychological types like Nixon and Curtis LeMay it ticking away.
